Ingredients:

  1. Potato 02 (medium size)
  2. Tomato 02 (medium size)
  3. Onion 02 (medium size)
  4. Fresh coriander leaves 01 bunch
  5. Green chili 02
  6. Egg 03
  7. Salt as needed
  8. Black pepper as required
  9. Oil 02 tbsp

How to Prepare?

  1. Chop all the vegetables like potato, tomato, onion, coriander leaves, and green chili.
  2. Heat up 2tbsp of oil in a frying pan and add chopped potato, onion, tomato and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Then add salt, black pepper, and cover it with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes until it gets cooked.
  4. Crack eggs on the top of this mixture and cover it.
  5. The delicious Afghani omelet is ready.
  6. Sprinkle coriander leaves or green chili.
  7. Serve with paratha or roti.
