Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- ½ cup of sugar
- 2 cup full cream milk
- 2 tbsp dry milk
- 1 tbsp cardamoms powder
- 2 tbsp. clarified butter or ghee

Preparation Method
- Take 8 cardamoms and sugar 1 tbsp and make powder in a grinder.
- In a bowl add cardamom and sugar in it. Stir it well.
- Add Walnut (Akhrot) and soak them for an hour.
- Now take out the walnuts and grind them well.
- Take a frying pan, add ghee and stir-fry the ground walnut.
- Add sugar and cook till it gets caramelized.
- Now pour milk and cook on medium-low flame. Keep stirring during the process.
- Cook Akhrot Ka Halwa until it becomes thick.
- Take out from the pan and keep it on a plate and let it cool.
- Your Walnut desert is ready, garnish with favorite dry nuts and enjoy.

Cook Note:
- You can add Khoya in it also.
- Garnishing can with chop almonds, pistachio or crushed Walnuts.
