Arugula Salad with Feta Cheese

  1. ½ watermelon
  2. 1 large bunch arugula leaves ( salad rocket)
  3. 40 grams of feta
  4. 4 to 5 yellow dates (sliced)
  5. 6 to 7 black olives halved)

For Chaat Vinaigrette:

  1. ½ tablespoon of chaat masala
  2. ½ tablespoon of black salt
  3. pepper ½ tablespoon
  4. 2 ½ tablespoons of lemon flavored olive oil

 

Preparation Method:

Arugula Salad with Feta Cheese

Inside a bowl put in sliced tomatoes, yellow dates, black olives as well as mint leaves.

Inside another bowl, put in chaat masala, black pepper, black salt as well as lemon flavored olive oil, stir together.

Add arugula inside the bowl or olives and tomatoes and mix them together. Then add watermelon slices.
