Fried Fish Hyderabadi is a very delicious food recipe. You will observe the taste when you will prepare it. For perfect spice coating, gram flour is used along with chopped onion, Grounded red chill, and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

Fried Fish Hyderabadi (palla)

1. Fish palla or any other …..1 kg
2. Garlic…………………………….. 2 tbs
3. Ginger …………………………….2 tbs
4. Lemon juice……………………1/4 cup
5. Black salt ………………………..1tsp
6. Gram flour ……………………..2 cup
7. Onion ……………………………..1
8. Green pepper paste ………2 tbsp
9. Grounded red chili ……….1tbs
10. Grounded Cumin seeds …1 tbs
11. Chopped coriander seeds 1tbs
12. Pomegranate seeds ………1 tbs
13. Salt …………………………………1tbs

Masala mixture to sprinkle on fish pieces

• Grounded Cumin seeds, 1 tbs
• Ajwain, 1 Tsp
• Ginger powder, 1tsp
• Chat masala, 1 tbs

 

Preparation Method:

Fried Fish Hyderabadi (palla)

1. Apply the mixture of garlic, ginger, black salt and lemon juice on fish pieces and leave it for 2 hours.

2. Take 2 cup gram flour in a pot and put in chopped onion, Grounded red chili, Cumin seeds, coriander seeds, Chopped coriander seeds and grounded red chill. Add some orange food color in the mixture.

3. Pour some water in this mixture to create a homogenous mixture. Now dip the fish pieces in the mixture one by one and fry in oil.

4. Mix the chat masala, ginger powder, Ajwain and Grounded Cumin seeds to prepare masala mixture. Sprinkle this mixture on fried fish pieces and serve.
