Baba Ganoush Recipe is made with few ingredients and doesn’t require any grill or long hours to prepare.

Try this simple Middle-Eastern recipe of eggplant at home.  Serve Baba Ganoush with sliced bread, baked pita or vegetables.



Baba Ganoush Recipe

Large eggplants, ½

Tahini, 1 tbsp

Lemon juice, 1 tbsp

Garlic clove, 1

Chili powder, pinch

Olive oil, 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 C.

Slice eggplant in half lengthwise and brush with olive oil. Place on foil lined sheet and bake for 45 minutes until soft.

Allow eggplant to cool them scoop out the inside, discard the skins and combine with lemon juice, tahini, garlic and chili powder in a blender and blend it well.

Drizzle in olive oil and blend again. Add salt to taste.

Baba Ganoush dip is completed. Enjoy!
