Ingredients: Baked Fish Recipe
Fish fillet, Salmon or red snapper 4
Cooking oil 6 tbsp
Ginger, thinly sliced 1 inch piece
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Red chilies, finely sliced 2
Spring onion, sliced 4
Sugar ½ tsp
Green coriander leaves, chopped to garnish
Preparation Method: Baked Fish Recipe
Take a frying pan and heat 3 tbsp oil and fry the fish on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and place the fish on an oven-proof dish in a single layer.
Add the remaining oil to the frying pan and stir-fry the ginger, spring onions and ginger for 2 minutes. Add in the soy sauce, sugar and coriander leaves.
Cover the fish with the mixture, bake in a moderately hot oven for 10 minutes or until cooked.
Serve Baked Fish with boiled rice or noodles.
