Baked Fish Recipe

 

It is the time of the year to enjoy all the treasures of the deep blue sea ocean or sweetwater river. In short, enjoy with a heart-healthy meal that is wonderful, easy to make and full of the flavor marvelous baked fish recipe.

 

Ingredients:

Baked Fish Recipe

 

Fish fillet, Salmon or red snapper, 4

Cooking oil, 6 tbsp

Ginger, thinly sliced, 1-inch piece

Soy sauce, 2 tbsp

Red chilies, finely sliced, 2

Spring onion, sliced, 4

Sugar, ½ tsp

Green coriander leaves, chopped, to garnish

 

Preparation Method:

Baked Fish Recipe

Take a frying pan and heat 3 tbsp oil and fry the fish on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and place the fish on an oven-proof dish in a single layer.

Add the remaining oil to the frying pan and stir-fry the ginger, spring onions and ginger for 2 minutes.  Add in the soy sauce, sugar and coriander leaves.

Cover the fish with the mixture, bake in a moderately hot oven for 10 minutes or until cooked.

Serve Baked Fish with boiled rice or noodles.
