• 12 oz mutton or lamb
• 6 cups of chicken broth
• Butter 2/3 cup
• Milk 4 cups
• Freshly ground pepper one teaspoon

• Green onions sliced ¾ cup

• Baking potatoes cubed and peeled 2 lb
• All purpose flour ¾ cup

Take a skillet of 12 inches and cook mutton or lamb over medium-level heat for  6-7 minutes till it gets crisp. Now take out on a kitchen paper towel.

Crumble the mutton or lamb and keep at aside. Keep at least two tablespoons of drippings inside the skillet.

Include onions inside drippings of bacon on medium level heat for a time period of 6 minutes till these get tender.

Now you mix potatoes, broth, and onions. heat it until reach to boiling, now reduce the heat. Cook for a period of ten minutes until potatoes get tender.

Stir half portion of mutton or lamb, sour cream, cheese two cups, and green onions half cup. Heat it in a proper fashion and wait until melting the cheese.
