Banana Pepper | Banana Chili

For hotter spice level, banana peppers are one of the appropriate forms of chili available. It is because of the fact that it has high range heat.  The elongated tropical chili Solanaceae member is alternatively known as wax pepper. As it reaches the maturity stage, it gets little sweeter in taste and apparently gets a curly structure. For a little lower heat impact, these species can be best used in pickled form.

Young banana pepper has much thicker walls, it can be stuffed using various recipes. These chilies are used in sandwiches, hamburgers, salads and pizzas in chopped ringed shape. In order to stimulate the appetite, the vegetable is mostly served with eggs and omelets. Despite its flashy skin, banana pepper doesn’t have high water content available. For overall health, plenty of micronutrients are available in Banana peppers.
