Brush the Barbecue Sauce on kebabs, chops or chicken drumsticks before start cooking on the grill or barbecue. You can serve this sauce hot or cold accompaniment to burgers and hotdogs.
Ingredients: Barbecue Sauce Recipe
2 tbsp vegetable oil
14 ounce canned tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp clear honey
1 tsp mustard powder
½ tsp mild chili powder or chili seasoning

Take a saucepan and heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and crushed garlic until soft.
Add all the other ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer, for about 20 minutes without covering the pan, keep stirring occasionally. Now make it cool slightly.
Pour into a food processor or blender or and run until it is finely smooth.
Press the sauce through a sieve if you prefer smoother barbecue sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as per your taste before serving.

If you want a really rich, spicy chili flavor, add a small red chili, seeded and chopped instead of the chili seasoning.
