  • Sliced spring onions
  • Shredded cheddar

  • 1 (24-ounce) can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 (24-ounce) jar passata
  • 2-3 tabs chili powder
  • 1 (15-ounce) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) black beans, drained
  • 1-2 cup beer
  • 1-2 pound ground pork
  • Black pepper and salt
  • 1 pound lean minced beef
  • 1-2 tabs oregano in dried form
  • 2-3 Finely chopped onions
  • 1-2 tabs chipotle chili powder
  • 1-2 chopped yellow pepper
  • 3-4 Finely chopped garlic
  • 6 slices

Cook the bacon in large heavy-bottomed Dutch oven over meat heat. Cook the bacon until lightly crisp.

Add the required quantity of pepper, salt, smoked paprika, and oregano once the bacon is browned. Add the chipotle chili powder, cumin, chili powder, peppers, onion and garlic in the mixture. Now cook until the seasoning is aromatic and vegetables are tender.

Now it is a right time to put in the beef. Wait till the beef become brown in color and beef is broken. When beef becomes brows in color you can add the pork.

Now brown the pork like the beef and break up it with a wooden spoon. Now stir in the beans and beer and add diced and crushed tomatoes.

Reduce the level of the heat source and simmer for some hours.

If the necessary taste for seasoning and put in some pepper and salt in the mixture. Now move the chili to the serving bowls. Add sliced scallions, shredded cheese, sour cream, and lime wedges.
