Ingredients:

Beef Boti Masala Biryani Recipe

• Undercut beef portion cut into small cubes – 500 gm
• Boiled rice – 500 gm
• Onions (thinly sliced) – 2
• Green chilies (thinly sliced) – 2
• Ginger (thinly sliced) – 1-inch piece
• Plain yogurt – 1 cup
• Tomatoes (chopped) – 2
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
• Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
• Red chili powder – 1-1/2 teaspoon
• Salt – 1 teaspoon or according to taste
• Yellow food color dilute in ¼ cup water – ¼ teaspoon
• Peppercorns – 12
• Cinnamon stick – 1
• Cloves – 5
• Mint leaves (chopped)
• Green coriander leaves (chopped)

 

How to Cook:

Beef Boti Masala Biryani Recipe

 

• Heat oil in a large pan and sauté onion until they are translucent in color.

• Add in ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir for 5 minutes or until the oil separates.

• Add in beef, yogurt, and tomatoes and stir fry for another 5 – 10 minutes. Cover and cook for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.

• Remove the pot from heat and add in peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon stick, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, and ginger.

• Layer the boiled rice over the meat and add additional oil and yellow food color. Place it back on the flame and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

• Your Beef Boti Masala Biryani is ready to eat. Enjoy with your family.
