Everyone love to eat beef burger, the home-made beef burger cutlets served in a bun with several choices of toppings are available for you. You and your family members can enjoy these awesome beef burgers at any time of the day. You can freeze beef burger cutlets for the next comings day also.

 

 

Ingredients: Beef Burger Recipe

 

  1. Mince Beef – ½ kg
  2. Bread       – 2 pcs
  3. Egg – 1
  4. Cucumber slices – Few
  5. Tomato ketchup – As required
  6. Mayonnaise – As required
  7. Salt – 1 table spoon
  8. Black pepper – ½ table spoon
  9. Mustard powder – ½ table spoon
  10. Thyme – ½ table spoon
  11. Worcester sauce – 1 table spoon
  12. Oregano – ½ table spoon
  13. Oil – 2 table spoon
  14. Lettuce leaves – few
  15. Cheese slices – as needed
  16. Burger buns – as needed
  17. Tomato – 1 cut in slices

 

 

Preparation Method: Beef Burger

 

Combine mince, eggs, bread slices, mustard powder, black pepper, salt, thyme, oregano and Worcester sauce and place these in a food processor.

Mix it well until it become smooth, and make round shape cutlets.

Fry these on a high flame

Do not cook on low flame otherwise beef cutlets will be dry and hard.

Cut the bun in two portions, now spread mayonnaise on the both pieces, then place lettuce leaves, cheese slice, beef Cutlets, cucumber slice and tomato slice.

Serve this awesome beef burger with ketchup and French fries.
