Ingredients: Beef Burger Recipe
- Mince Beef – ½ kg
- Bread – 2 pcs
- Egg – 1
- Cucumber slices – Few
- Tomato ketchup – As required
- Mayonnaise – As required
- Salt – 1 table spoon
- Black pepper – ½ table spoon
- Mustard powder – ½ table spoon
- Thyme – ½ table spoon
- Worcester sauce – 1 table spoon
- Oregano – ½ table spoon
- Oil – 2 table spoon
- Lettuce leaves – few
- Cheese slices – as needed
- Burger buns – as needed
- Tomato – 1 cut in slices
Preparation Method: Beef Burger
Combine mince, eggs, bread slices, mustard powder, black pepper, salt, thyme, oregano and Worcester sauce and place these in a food processor.
Mix it well until it become smooth, and make round shape cutlets.
Fry these on a high flame
Do not cook on low flame otherwise beef cutlets will be dry and hard.
Cut the bun in two portions, now spread mayonnaise on the both pieces, then place lettuce leaves, cheese slice, beef Cutlets, cucumber slice and tomato slice.
Serve this awesome beef burger with ketchup and French fries.
