Beef mince, ½ kg

Seekh kebab masala, 2 tbsp

Raw papaya paste, 2 tbsp

Gram flour, 2 tbsp

Chicken cubes, 2

Onion (blended), 1

Tomatoes, ½ kg

Bread, 2 slices

Green Chiles (chopped), 4

Lemon, 2

Turmeric powder, 1tbsp

Ginger/garlic paste, 2 tbsp

Red chili powder, 1 ½ tbsp

Black pepper (crushed), 1tsp

Fresh coriander (chopped), ½ bunch

Fresh cream, 2 tbsp

Salt, to taste

Cooking oil, ½ cup

 

Preparation Method:

Combine beef mince, Seekh kebab masala, bread, and gram flour and mix it well.

Mixed this prepared beef mince with cream, red chili, and papaya in a bowl.

Now make long kebabs.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry kebabs and put a side.

Put tomatoes, onion, salt, and remaining chilies, turmeric and garlic/ginger paste in a pot.

Cook without adding oil or water till the tomatoes water evaporated.

Fry this gravy with 2 chicken cubes and mix it thoroughly.

Place kebab on top of the gravy, put ginger, coriander, green chilies and black pepper on the kebabs. Squeeze lemon juice on it.

Tilt cooking pot softly to mix the ingredients and put on dum.
