Onion (chopped), 1

White vinegar, 1 tbsp

Cooking oil, 2 tbsp

Marinate beef undercut with garlic, salt, black pepper, onion, vinegar, and oil for 60-90 minutes.

 

Skew beef meat pieces on wooden skewers.

 

Heat grill pan and grease it with oil, cook beef sheesh kebabs from both the sides and remove. You can cook on fry pan also.
