- Red pepper – I kilogram
- Asafoetida – 1 ½ tablespoon
- Powdered fennel seeds – 1 cup
- Powdered Fenugreek seeds – 1 ¼ cup
- Powdered mustard seeds – 2 ½ cup
- Mango powder – 1 ¾ cup
- Salt – 1 cup
- Container & lid – 1
- Mustard oil – 4 cups
- Turmeric powder – ½ cup

Take out the stalk of peppers and make an opening in order to fill the spices.
Take all the ingredients (except red peppers and oil) and mix them well.
Take ¼ cup oil and pour it into the mixture.
Fill the mixture in red peppers.
Dip these peppers in the oil and then put in the jar.
Add the remaining oil in the jar to cover red peppers in it.
Keep the Red Chili pickle under the sun for seven to ten days.
