Besan Ladoo Recipe | Gram Flour Balls | بیسن لڈ و

Besan Ladoo is ball shaped sweet from Pakistan Cuisines and Indian Cuisines. They are specially made on festivals and celebrations. However, they are available on every sweet shop and made all over India and Pakistan. Gram Flour Balls are sweet round balls made from chickpea flour, ghee, sugar, and nuts.

Besan Ladoo recipe is very famous and are prepared on the marriage celebrations, Dewali Festival, subcontinent cuisines. Besan Ladoo is very simple sweet recipe and easy to make recipe. You can make Besan ladoo at home easily with few ingredients.

 

 

Ingredients: Besan Ladoo Recipe | Gram Flour Balls |بیسن لڈ و

 

(Measuring cup, 1 cup = 250 ml)

  • Besan ( gram flour)                                        2 cups
  • Ghee                                                                 ½ cup
  •  Sugar powder                                                1 ½ cup
  • Almond (crushed)                                          12 pcs
  • Pistachio (crushed)                                        12 pcs
  • Cardamoms (powdered)                               ½ tsp
  • Golden raisins                                                 2 tbsp
  • Almond, Pistachio                                           for decoration
  • Silver  thinnest paper                                    for decoration

 

 

 

How to make the Besan Ladoo Recipe | Gram Flour Balls |بیسن لڈ و

 

 

Grind the sugar in the grinder and make powder.

 

Place a pan or kadai on low flame and dry roast the besan in a kadai for about 11-12 minutes. Continue stirring from the start so the besan will not burn. When it becomes light brown, remove from the flame and make is cool.

 

While frying the besan, take another pan and melt the ghee.

 

When basan become cold, add the melted ghee and keep continue frying the besan for 5-6 minutes, keep stirring continuously.

 

Now add sugar powder, cardamoms powdered, almond crushed, pistachio crushed and mix it properly.

 

Once you feel that the besan ladoo mixture is well mixed then let it cool at room temperature.

 

Make medium or small sized besan ladoos according to the requirement.

 

Store besan ladoos in an air tight container or serve to your guests.

ترکیب

شکر کو پیس لیں۔ ایک پین میں بیسن ڈال کر بھون لیں۔ جب خوشبو آنے لگے تو اتار کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں۔ پھر دوسرے باؤل میں بیسن ڈالیں، شکر، الائچی، بادام، پستہ اور گھی ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملائیں۔

پھر اس آمیزے کے لڈو بنائیں۔ پھر اوپر سے بادام، پستہ اور ناریل سے سجائیں۔ چاندی کا ورق لگا کر خوبصورت کر کے تناول کریں۔
