Put your pie on foil-lined jelly-roll pan made of aluminum and make an opening of four to five where steam can escape from.
  • Bake your mixture at 375-degree oven temperature on a lower rack of the oven for an hour and continue until you produce thick and bubbly juice. The crust that will come out of your pan will be golden brown in color and the apples tender when you pierce them with a wooden pick. Then cover the pie with aluminum foil for 50 minutes so as to avoid excessive browning. Cool your Apple Upside down on the wire rack for about 10 minutes and invert the apple over a serving plate and remove the apple plate to form the shape you want, allow it to cool off completely then serve.
