Ingredients:

1/2 kg Mutton Kaleji

2 Onion medium size

1 Tomato

2 tbsp Yogurt

1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Salt as taste

1 tbsp Red chili

Turmeric powder

1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp

2 Bay leaves

1 tbsp Cumin powder

2 Green chili

2 tbsp Coriander leaves

1 tsp Kasuri methi

Preparation Method

In a deep pot add oil and heat it.

Add bay leaves.

Fry it for a few seconds.

Add onion.

Fry it till brown.

Then add tomatoes and cook it till soft.

Stir it continuously.

Add mutton kaleji.

Mix it well.

Then add red chili powder, Coriander powder, turmeric powder, and cumin powder.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Cover it and cook for 10 minutes.

Add yogurt.

Cook it on high to medium flame for 2 minutes.

Garnish it with kasuri methi, green chili, and coriander leaves.

Delicious Bhuni Kaleji is ready.
