Black Forest Cake Recipe

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk one tin
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Flour 175 grams
  • Milk Chocolate 50 grams
  • Fresh cream 200 grams
  • Icing sugar 2 tsp
  • Sodium Bicarbonate 1 tsp
  • Cocoa Powder 25 grams
  • 100 grams of butter
  • Aerated soda 200 ml
  • Tinned cherries one small tin will be enough

Take a baking tin and grease it with the help of oil also dusting with flour should be done. The oven should be preheated to 180-degree centigrade.  Take flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and sodium bicarbonate and sieve these ingredients together. Heat the butter so that it can get softer, but don’t melt it and to it pour condensed milk and beat in a proper manner. Make the addition of vanilla essence.


In the next step, you will have to add in the batter mixture of flour and mix it properly. Transfer the batter to the baking tin and allow it to get baked for 45 to 50 minutes.
