Ingredients:

Lamb or Mutton, boneless pieces, 1 kg

Ginger, garlic paste, ½ cup

Lemon Juice, 5 tbsp

Yogurt, ¼ cup

Raw papaya, ¼ cup

Cumin powder, 1 tsp

White pepper powder, 1 tsp

Green cardamom powder, 1 tsp

Red chili powder, 2 tsp

Oil, ½ cup

Butter, for basting

Cut the boneless lamb or mutton into pieces; marinate them with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, raw papaya paste, and salt. Keep aside for 30-40 minutes.

Arrange a second marinade by mixing all remaining ingredients. Marinate the lamb or mutton cubes with this marinade and keep aside for another 2 hours.

Skewer the meat cubes and roast over a grill for 15-20 minutes. Keep turning and baste with butter and roast again for 3-4 minutes.

Remove from the skewers and place it on a platter with salad and chutney.

Serve Boti Kebabs hot. Enjoy!
