Boti Kebabs Recipe | Lamb Boti Kebabs Recipe

Ingredients:

Lamb or Mutton, boneless pieces                  1 kg

Ginger, garlic paste                                          ½ cup

Lemon Juice                                                      5 tbsp

Yogurt                                                                ¼ cup

Raw papaya                                                      ¼ cup

Cumin powder                                                  1 tsp

White pepper powder                                      1 tsp

Green cardamom powder                               1 tsp

Red chili powder                                               2 tsp

Oil                                                                       ½ cup

Butter                                                                 for basting

 

 

Preparation Method:

Cut the boneless lamb or mutton into pieces; marinate them with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, raw papaya paste and salt. Keep aside for 30-40 minutes.

Arrange a second marinade by mixing all remaining ingredients. Marinate the lamb or mutton cubes with this marinade and keep aside for another 2 hours.

Skewer the meat cubes and roast over a grill for 15-20 minutes. Keep turning and baste with butter and roast again for 3-4 minutes.

Remove from the skewers and place it on a platter with salad and chutney.

Serve Boti Kebabs hot. Enjoy!
