500 g (1 lb.) white fish fillets
125 ml (1/2 cup) breadcrumbs
1/4 cup (50 mL) sesame seeds
2 ml (1/2 tsp) fresh dill
1 m (1/4 tsp) of salt
175 ml (3/4 cup) plain yogurt
1/4 cup (50 ml) cooking oil
Lemon quarters (optional)

In a shallow pan, combine sesame seeds, bread crumbs, dill, and iodized salt.

Place the yogurt in a different bowl. Soak the fillets by shaking them to remove the excess, and then pass them into the bread crumbs.

Heat the cooking oil in a bigger non-stick frying pan.

Fry fish fillets over moderate heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until meat is under the fork.

Fish fillets are ready; serve with green chutney and lemon wedges, if desired.
