Brownie Bottom Ice Cream Cake is a delicious combination of different flavors and textures. The cake can be served as a side sweet dish. The cake will be a fudge ice cream cake with a fraction of candy sprinkles over the top.

 

Ingredients:

Brownie Bottom Ice Cream Cake

Cookie Dough Ice Cream, 1 quarter

Heavy whipping cream, 1 cup

Granulated sugar, 1/3 cup

1 box Brownie Mix, 16 ounces

Chocolate frosting, 2 cups

Sprinkles, to garnish

 

Preparation Method:

Brownie Bottom Ice Cream Cake 

Take a deep baking dish and use cooking spray for coating

The size of the dish should be enough to layer the ice cream.

Now bake the brownies as per the directions given.

Allow the brownies to cool down for further use.

Use chocolate frosting in order to apply it to the brownies.

Place the brownies into the freezer.

Take the ice cream out of the freezer and allow it to soften a little.

Take the brownies out of the freezer and apply ice cream on to it.

Wrap the brownies and place into the freezer for 4 hours.

Take the cream and mesh it with the mixer.

Add sugar to the cream.

Beat the cream for around two minutes using a beater.

Make the coating of the cream onto the ice cream cake.

The Brownie Bottom ice cream cake is ready to be served.
