Ingredients
(Step 1 ingredient)
250 g chicken breasts
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp salt
Half lemon
(Step 2 ingredient)
1 onion
2 tomatoes
8-10 cashew nuts
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp garam masala powder
1tsp garlic paste
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp salt
(Step 3 ingredient)
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp full cream
1 tbsp kasuri methi

Preparation Method:
Cut the chicken into small pieces and coat with the following marinade: the ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, chili powder, and ½ lime juice. (Step 1 ingredient). Now marinate for 30 minutes.
In a frying pan, stir fry the marinated chicken.
Step 2
In a frying pan sauté the minced onion, the rest of the ingredients including cashew nuts, garlic, and ginger, cook for 5 min; keep stirring so that it does not stick.
Take from the frying pan and make it cool. Now take a grinder and grind it well and make a smooth paste for gravy.
Step 3
Take a frying pan again and pour 1 tbsp cooking oil and stir fry the gravy paste.
Add fried chicken in the pan. Also add cream, butter, and Kasuri methi then cook for 5 minutes on medium-high flame.
Finally, add the cream and serve immediately with fresh coriander.
