This amazing turkey burger is offering consumers yummy experience in every bite. It is best served with Zesty Worcestershire sauce and creamy yogurt as well as fresh tomatoes. Just be careful not to bite off your finger while eating this delicious and tasty burger.
Ingredients: California Turkey Burger Recipe
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1/2cup of minced scallions
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 teaspoons of source cream (reduced-fat)
- 4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds of lean turkey (ground)
- cooking spray, nonstick
- 3 ounces of crumbled blue cheese
- 6 hamburger burns
- 2 firm, sliced tomatoes
- 1 thinly sliced ripe avocado,
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced medium

Inside small skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat, stir fry scallions till softened or for around 2 minutes. Transfer into medium size bowl then, season with black pepper and salt and allow it to cool. Put in Worcestershire sauce and sour cream. Now add turkey and gently mix to form a perfect combination. Then mould into 6 patties.
Heat grill on medium-high heat. Line with foil with cooking spray and cook the burgers for about 5 minutes. Turn on the other side and grill for about 3 minutes or until little cooked. Sprinkle some of the blue cheese on the burger and cook for about 1- 2 minutes or continue to cook till burgers are completely cooked and the entire cheese melted.
Place burgers on the buns and arrange with sliced avocado, tomatoes and onion.
