Carrageen Moss is a kind of seaweed that is found in sea water. It is one of the finest alternatives that can offer thickening properties to the vegetable dishes.  It is a type of green food source that is found in Ireland, Asia, and North America. As a source of reasonable fiber, it doesn’t offer any kind of taste and color.  However, there are minerals, proteins, and nutrients present in this seaweed. The trace element like gelatin is available in this vegetable.

This type of algae is also used in mousses, salad dressings, and instant desserts. Carrageen Moss is not actually a moss by nature. It can offer a more rough and rubbery texture. Traditionally it can be simmered and consumed as a liquid broth.  It can be the agent that is added to drinks and food just to make it thick.
