Ingredients: Carrot Kheer Recipe I Carrot Payasam

Carrots ½ kg
Rice soaked 1 cup
Milk 2 ½ kg
Milk powder 250 grams
Sugar 1 ½ cups
Green cardamom (crushed) few
Screw pine a few drops
Almond and Pistachios Crushed As desired




Preparation Method of Carrot Kheer Recipe I Carrot Payasam



Wash and peel the carrot; boil it in a pan and blend it in a blender


Boil milk and add soaked rice


Cook on the low flame until it becomes smooth


Add blended carrots, sugar and crushed cardamom and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Remove the cooking pan from the flame when Carrot Kheer thickens.


Add milk powder and few drops of screw pine and mix it


Dish out; garnish with crushed almond and pistachios

اجزا٫       گجریلا – گاجر کی کھیر

گاجر                            آدھا کلو
چاول۔                           بھیگے ہوئے ایک پیالی
کھویا                            ایک پاؤ
چینی                            ڈیڑھ کپ
دودھ                            ڈھائی کلو
پسی الائچی                   آدھا چائے کا چمچ
بادام پستے                    25 گرام
کیوڑہ                         چند قطرے

ترکیب       گجریلا – گاجر کی کھیر

گاجر کو دودھ میں اتنا پکائیں کہ وہ اچھی طرح سے گل جائے، پھر اس میں چاول جو بھیگو کے رکھے تھے ڈال دیں۔ جب چاول گل جائے تو اس میں شکر، کھویا، الائچی پاؤ ڈر ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ جب چاول ، گاجر یک جان ہو جائے تو اس میں بادام، پستے ڈالیں اور چند قطرے کیوڑہ کے ڈال دیں۔ باؤل میں نکالیں اور ٹھنڈا کر کے نوش فرمائیں۔
