Ingredients:

Cauliflower and Onion Soup Recipe

Cauliflower, finely chopped, 50 g

Onion, finely chopped, 1

Milk, ½ liter

Corn flour, 15 g

Mushroom, chopped, 10

Water, 2 cups

Cinnamon sticks, 2 small

Walnuts, ½ tsp

Bay leaves, 4

Butter, 50 g

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Black peppercorn, 10

Coriander, freshly chopped, to garnish

 

Preparation Method:

Cauliflower and Onion Soup Recipe

Heat butter in a pan and fry onion till brown. Add black peppercorn, bay leaves, cinnamon and cook about 40 seconds.

Add mushrooms and cauliflower and sauté for a minute. Mix cornflour with little water and add. Now add the remaining ingredients walnuts, milk, salt, pepper and water and cook for a few minutes more. Remove from the heat and leave to cool. After some time, use a blender and make a smooth paste and again make the soup warm. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Cauliflower and Onion Soup is ready, Serve warm.
