Ingredients: Cauliflower and Onion Soup Recipe
Cauliflower, finely chopped 50 g
Onion, finely chopped 1
Milk ½ litre
Corn flour 15 g
Mushroom, chopped 10
Water 2 cups
Cinnamon sticks 2 small
Walnuts ½ tsp
Bay leaves 4
Butter 50 g
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Black pepper corn 10
Coriander, freshly chopped to garnish
Preparation Method: Cauliflower and Onion Soup Recipe
Heat butter in a pan and fry onion till brown. Add black peppercorn, bay leaves, cinnamon and cook about 40 seconds.
Add mushrooms and cauliflower and sauté for a minute. Mix cornflour with little water and add. Now add the remaining ingredients walnuts, milk, salt, pepper and water and cook for few minutes more. Remove from the heat and leave to cool. After sometime, use a blender and make a smooth paste and again make the soup warm. Garnish with fresh coriander.
