There are several novel ways to use Cauliflower in your meal. Normally, Fried rice with chicken is popular among all. It is a very common dish in Chinese restaurants also. Now we are presenting the Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe that tastes very much like the original Fried rice recipe.
Making cauliflower fried rice is easier, healthier and as good as fried rice.
Ingredients:
Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe
Cauliflower head medium, 1
Sesame oil, 2 tbsp
White onion, chopped, ½
Carrot ( peeled and diced), 1 jumbo size
Clove garlic  (crushed), 1 medium size
Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
Fresh or frozen peas, 125 gram
Salt, to taste
Black pepper Freshly ground, ½ tsp
Eggs  (beaten), 2
Green onion  (thinly sliced), 1
How to Make:
Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe
Cut the cauliflower into several pieces. Finely chopped into a food processor. It is better that you complete the process in 2 batches.
On the upper- medium heat places a skillet and adds sesame oil in it.
Add carrot and onion and cook till it is tender approximately 5 minutes.
Add crushed garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Mix in the cauliflower and continue cooking until its softened (5-6 minutes).
Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and mix until they are mixed completely.
Add peas, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes more.
Immediately put rice to one side of the skillet and add eggs into the empty space. Scramble all the eggs and mix it properly with the rice.
Add leftover soy sauce and keep continue cooking for another 1 minute.
Divide into bowls and garnish with green onion.
