Cauliflower Melts Recipe

For light dinner, Cauliflower Melts is the best recipe. In order to prepare Cauliflower Melts recipe you will need head of cauliflower, white wine, shelled pistachios, cheese and chopped parsley. It will take only 30 minutes in preparation.

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 ounces Manchego or Comte cheese
  • 8 ½ inch thick slices
  • ¼ cup shelled pistachios
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • Head of cauliflower of medium size
  • ½ tsp pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup olive oil



Preparation method: Cauliflower Melts Recipe


Preheat the oven to 350°F. After this process, take a parchment paper to line a baking sheet.

Put in the pepper, salt, garlic and oil in a medium size bowl. Prior to toss to coat combine some cauliflower slabs in the bowl. On the prepared baking sheet arrange the cauliflower. Now put baking sheet in the oven for 25-30 minutes. After this time period flip the slabs and bake again for some minutes. Continue the baking process until roasted and softened.

Take another bowl and put in some water or wine to soak the raisins for some minutes. Drain.

Toast the pistachios over medium-high heat in a small pan with oil or dry. Use a paper towel to cool pistachios and then chop coarsely.

Now take a baking sheet to lay the bread on it. Arrange the cauliflower on it. Top it with cheese and sprinkle with raisins and pistachios.

For 7-10 minutes bake baking sheet with bread in oven until the cheese melts.

Use chopped parsley to top the toasts.

Serve Cauliflower Melts immediately
