Cauliflower Pakoras or Gobi Pakoras is a member of the Indian fritters family. My mother loves the fried Cauliflower Pakoras. You can easily make crispy Gobi pakodas quickly in your own kitchen for the family members.

 

Ingredients:

Cauliflower Pakoras Recipe | Gobi Pakoras Recipe

Cauliflower, cut in pieces, ¼ kg

Gram flour (begun), ¼ kg

Red chili powder, 1 tsp

Ground coriander seeds, 1 tsp

Ajwain, 1 tsp

White cumin, 1 tsp

Ginger/garlic paste, 1 tsp

Water, as required

Cooking oil, for deep-frying

 

Preparation Method:

Mix all the ingredients, except cauliflower florets in the gram flour and add a little water and make a thick paste.

Dip cauliflower florets in a batter and deep-fry in hot oil till golden.

Serve cauliflower pakoras or Gobi Pakoras with ketchup or chutney.
