- Oil 75 ml
- Onion 150 gram
- Salt
- Coriander leaves up to 25 gram
- Cumin 5 gram
- Cardamom 2 gram
- Curry leaves 2 gram
- Cloves 2 gm
- Tomatoes 100 gm
- Cinnamon sticks 2 gm
- Turmeric powder 10 gm
Paste:
- Ginger 50 gm
- Onion 100 gm
- Fennel seeds 50 gm
- Garlic 50 gm
- Coconut 100 gm
- Cumin seeds 20 gm
- Red chili 10 gm
- Peppercorns 25 gm
Preparation Method:

The method how to cook Chettinad Chicken Curry involves following steps.
Blend all ingredients of paste.
Make 16 pieces of chicken after cleaning.
Use the paste to marinate chicken pieces completely.
Chop onions, tomatoes, and coriander leave well.
Heat the oil in a deep pan and add cumin, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon and cook them all.
Add curry leaves and chopped onion and cook until onions become golden.
Put in tomatoes and cook for five minutes.
Add turmeric powder and marinated chicken.
Cook for ten minutes and sprinkle little water in the interval.
Add salt and mix it well and let it cook until it is ready.
Garnish the recipe with fresh coriander leaves.
