Chick peas 1 can
Tomatoes 2 large
Olive oil ¼ cup
Celery 5 stalks
garbanzo beans 1 can
Garlic cloves 1-2
Salt to taste

Chop the celery stalks and add to bowl.
Chop tomatoes and add to the bowl.
Drain the can of garbanzo beans and add to the bowl.
Blend olive oil, lemon juice, garlic clove and fresh thyme in a small blender and make fine paste.
Pour the mixture over the available ingredients in the bowl.
Sprinkle salt as per your taste.
