Chicken Dum Biryani also needs several casual and key ingredients including;
• Boneless chicken thighs up to 6
• Best quality and long rice up to half kg (Just for these ingredients)
Marinade Requirements:
• White pepper one tsp
• Juice of half lemon
• Pinch of salt for taste
Ingredients for Masala:
• Pure desi ghee half tsp
• One bay leaf
• Cardamoms 4-5
• Cloves just 2-3
• Small piece of cinnamon
• Yogurt one cup
• Garlic paste 2 tsp
• Sliced onion one cup
• Ginger paste one tsp
• Water 2 cups
• Salt
• One tsp of yellow chili powder
• Fennel powder 2 Tsp
Needs for Marinade Spices:
• Green cardamom powder one tsp
• Half cup cream
• Half tsp of fennel powder
For Rice:
• Rose water 3 tsp
• Ginger and juliennes
• Sliced 2 green chilies
• Salt
How to Cook Chicken Dum Biryani Recipe

After managing all ingredients, now you need to start preparation method that will include following steps and directions.
Directions for Stew:

Clean the rice, soak in water just 20 minutes before to use
Cut chicken in suitable even sized pieces
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl and coat it over the chicken completely
Keep it aside for 15 minutes
Take a pan and beat desi ghee and add all spices, masala and ginger, garlic paste
When all spices turn into brown, add the onion
Keep the heat low and cook onions just partially and don’t let it brown
When onions become glossy, well cooked and nice, then add yogurt
Put in yellow chili powder and sauté it for one minute on low flame
Add chicken followed by salt and fennel powder and mix everything well
By adding water, let it cook for about 10 to 12 minutes, once it is done, remove it and let it cool
Get chicken pieces out and cover with gravy
Put finishing spices to the stew and add cream
Keep this aside and rice will be cooked in it.
How to Prepare Rice:

Heat some water in a pan and put in rose water and salt
Let it boil and add the rice
Sauté the rice partially and put it aside
Take half stew you have prepared in another pan and heat it
Once it boils, add half of the rice carefully in it
Check its flavor before to add rice, later you will be unable to do this
Add rice to stew and sprinkle the sliced green chili, ginger, and julienne
Again put remaining rice in rest stew and let it cook on low flame
Cover the recipe with foil for 10 minutes and let it on dum
