Pakora is one of the famous snacks of Pakistani cuisine and Indian cuisine. A majority of the population eat pakoras with the evening tea. During Ramadan, Chicken Fritters is a must dish for Iftar and every one like to eat it.

Chicken Fritters is a super easy recipe, a best starter recipe and a best snack of all time also. Tender chicken pieces are coated with gram flour mixture and deep fried. You can easily make the recipe with variations. You can use vegetables fritters and fish fritters also.



Ingredients: Chicken Fritters Recipe I Chicken Pakoray Recipe


Chicken boneless (small pieces)                                      1 cup

Chilli sauce                                                                          1 tsp

Soya sauce                                                                          1 tsp

Gram Flour                                                                        1 cup

Salt                                                                                      to taste

Ginger garlic paste                                                           ½ tsp

Baking powder                                                                  ½ tsp

Red Chilli (Crushed)                                                        ½ tsp

Oil for mixing in paste                                                     1tsp

Oil                                                                                       for frying




Preparation Method: Chicken Fritters I Chicken Pakoray



Cut the chicken into small square pieces.

Combine chicken, chilli sauce, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste and salt and keep it for 30 minutes for marinating.

Take another bowl and combine gram flour, baking powder, crushed chilli and one tea spoon oil. Make a thick paste.

Heat the oil in a pan, each piece of marinated chicken must be dipped in the gram flour paste and fry in the heated oil.

Delicious Chicken Fritters or Chicken pakoray is ready. Serve with favorite sauce.

سویا سوس                      ایک چائے   چمچہ

نمک                               حسب ذائقہ

ادرک لہسن پیسٹ               آدھا چائے   چمچہ

بیسن                              ایک کپ

بیکنگ پاؤ ڈر                   آدھا چائے   چمچہ

کٹی مرچ                         آدھا چائے   چمچہ

تیل                                ایک چائے  چمچہ

تیل                                تلنے کے لئے

چکن، چلی سوس، سویا سوس  اور ادرک لہسن پیسٹ کو ایک ساتھ ملا کر میرینیٹ کریں اور آدھے گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔

پھر دوسرے برتن میں بیسن، بیکنگ پاؤ ڈر، کٹی لال مرچ، نمک اور ایک  چمچہ  تیل ملا کر ایک ساتھ تھوڑا گاڑھا سا پیسٹ بنا لیں۔

ایک برتن میں تیل گرم کریں، پھر میرینیٹ کی ہوئی چکن کو ایک ایک پیس نکال کر بیسن کے پیسٹ میں لگا کر فرائی کریں۔ مزیدار چکن پکوڑے تیار ہیں۔
