  1. Boneless chicken thighs 12 pieces.
  2. Olive oil 4 tablespoons.
  3. Dried oregano 2 tablespoons.
  4. Ground cumin 1 tablespoon.
  5. Coriander
  6. Sweet paprika 1 tablespoon.
  7. Ground cinnamon.
  8. Lemon zest.
  9. Garlic cloves.
  10. White wheat flour 250 grams.
  11. Dried yeast 7 grams.
  12. Caster sugar 1 tablespoon.
  13. Olive oil 2 tablespoons.



Preparation Method: Chicken Gyros


  • Mix black pepper, sea salt and other ingredients from number 2 to 9 in a bowl and add chicken in it.


  • Coat the chicken thighs properly and put in freezer.


  • Mix ingredients from number 10 to 13 in above list and make dough for breads.


  • Barbeque the thighs and cook until turn brown.


  • Make salad using onions, garlic, mint, coriander and lettuce.
