Chicken Koftey Ki Biryani Recipe

Chicken Koftey Ki Biryani is a customized version of basmati rice Biryani. It has the awesome taste. Koftey are made with minced chicken and added spiced. It is cooked with basmati rice to make it fragrant. Normally, you will get mutton biryani, beef biryani, vegetable biryani on the lunch or dinner time in India or Pakistan. Here, I tried to make some innovation in biryani recipe.  The Chicken Koftey Ki Biryani is really tasty and excellent. Ingredients: Chicken Koftey Ki Biryani Recipe

 

  • 800 grams of boneless chicken
  • 2 teaspoon of chopped green chilli
  • 8 chopped onions
  • 3 teaspoon of chopped ginger
  • 4 tablespoon of chopped coriander
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
  • 1 teaspoon of mace powder
  • Salt
  • 2 liters of mutton stock
  • 8 green cardamom
  • 6 black cardamom
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 3 cinnamom sticks
  • 4 whole mace (jaifal powder)
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • 1 cup of brown onion
  • 3 tablespoon of chopped mint
  • 10 green chillies julienne/ slit
  • 1 kilogram of yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon of saffron
  • 2 teaspoon of saunf funnel seeds
  • 400 grams of basmati socked rice
  • 1 cup of ghee
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 ½ cups of milk equivalent to 250 ml.

 

 

Method of Preparation: Chicken Koftey Ki Biryani

 

  1. Inside a pan add boneless chicken, green chilli chopped, ginger, onion, nutmeg powder, eggs and mace powder and blend perfectly.

 

  1. When chicken is done, allow it to cool before mincing it and blend very well as well as rub with salt perfectly.

 

  1. Inside a pan, add whole spices, mutton stock, and mint, and brown onion, julienne/ slit green chillies as well as salt then simmer.

 

  1. Form little ball using chicken mince and dip in the stock. Place it one side.

 

  1. Boil the mixture perfectly before adding soaked basmati rice. Then cook for some minutes.

 

  1. Put in milk, mint, cream, ghee remaining saffron and brown onion.

 

  1. Cook the rice and serve with lightened chicken minced ball.

 

  1. Serve with Yoghurt green chatni and tomato paste.
