- 180 grams cooking chorizo
- 2 onion sliced into round shape
- 6 garlic cloves
- 4 chicken leg pieces
- 4 medium-sized potato

- 250 grams cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup black olives
- 150 grams cheese

How to cook: Chicken Legs with Chorizo
Take a knife and cut the chorizo into fine round slices.
Take a roasting pan, add oil.
Add onions and fry.
Wait for two minutes so that onions turn soft and brown.
Add chorizo and paprika.
Increase the heat and fry for 3 minutes.
Use knife to cut the potatoes into quarter shape.
Don’t peel off potato skin.
Take an ovenproof dish and transfer the cooked chorizo into it.
Add the potatoes.
Take another pan, add oil and turn on the heat.
As soon as the oil gets hot, add the chicken pieces.
Fry the pieces until the color turn brown.
Remove the pan and transfer the pieces to the ovenproof dish.
The pieces should be tucked under the chorizo and the onions.
Add cheese and black olives.
Using a brush use oil
Place the ovenproof dish into the baker.
Turn the heat and allow baking for 25 minutes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces and add to the baked chicken.
Add cloves and olive oil.
Sprinkle the olive oil and add salt as per requirement
Place the chicken into the oven and wait for 15 minutes.
Remove the rosemary from the top.
The chicken should be juicy.
The tomatoes should be soft enough.
Garnish with parsley leaves.
