Ingredients:

• For making meatballs
• Minced Chicken 700 gm
• Chopped Onions 2
• Chopped Garlic 5 to 6
• Tomato 2
• Beaten Eggs 2
• Corn flour 2 to 3 tablespoons
• Oil ¼ cup
• Oregano 1 tsp
• White pepper (powdered) 1tsp

For making sauce
• Oil 2 to 3 tablespoons
• Chopped Onions 2 to 3 tablespoons
• Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
• The stock of chicken 1 cup
• Chopped Garlic 1 tablespoon
• Ketchup ½ cup
• Crushed Black pepper ½ tsp

 

 

Preparation:

Chicken Meatballs with Sauce Recipe

First of all for making the meatballs add oil into a cooking pan and heat it. Place the onions and braise them. Next, you will have to add chopped garlic along with oregano and after proper mixing removes this mixture from flame.

Allow the mixture to cool inside a bowl, once it is cooled you should move ahead by adding chicken, eggs, cornflour, salt and powder of white pepper. Make small sized balls from this mixture. Fry the balls in warm oil till the color is turned into golden brown.

For making the sauce, you should take a cooking pan and add in it 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil along with garlic, onions, and fry. Insert ketchup, black pepper, and chili garlic sauce and cook properly. Next step is to add chicken stock and cooking it. Inside a blender insert the mixture and blend to get a uniform paste.

Shift this paste into a cooking pan and cook until it gets thick. After this, cook the added meatballs and cook for two to three minutes. Lastly, remove from stove and garnish it. Your Chicken Meatballs with Sauce is ready to serve.
