Chicken Scallion Cutlets Recipe

1 kg chicken mince (boiled)

1tbsp White vinegar

1 cup Scallion (green onion), Chopped

1 tsp Black pepper powder

Salt to taste

1 tbsp Soya sauce

3 Eggs

1 tbsp Chili sauce

1 Cup Breadcrumbs

Oil for fry

Boiled the boneless chicken, and blend it in a blender. Add scallion (green onion), Black pepper powder, soya sauce, chili sauce, salt, and vinegar and combine all the ingredients. Leave the mixture for 2-3 hours to marinate.  Now make cutlets according to the requirement. And dip in the eggs and covered with crumbs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry these on a slow flame, remove when they become golden brown. Your delicious Chicken Scallion Cutlets recipe is complete now.
