Chicken Spring Rolls Recipe is a variation of vegetarian spring rolls and it is one of the delicious appetizers, but you can add different use different ingredients in the recipe of spring rolls. These are similar to Chinese spring roll recipe but have a local taste.

It is a super healthy recipe and an ideal recipe for cooking with young children. These spring rolls are served as a starter, snack or an appetizer with any meal or on breakfast.



Chicken Spring Rolls Recipe


Spring roll strips, 12 nos

Boneless chicken (Boiled and finely chopped), 250 grams

Cabbage (finely chopped), 1 portion

Carrots (finely chopped), 2 pcs

Capsicums (finely chopped), 2 pcs

Ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp

Eggs whites, 2

Chicken cube (make like flour), 1 tbsp

White vinegar, 2 tbsp

Soya sauce, 2 tbsp

Black pepper (crushed), 1 Tsp

Sugar, 1 Tsp

Oil, 2 tbsp + for frying


Preparation Method:

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add ginger/garlic paste fry it till you get the aroma.


Add finely chopped chicken and fry till color change.


Add salt, sugar, black pepper, soya sauce, chicken cube flour, vinegar, and all vegetables and fry it for 5 minutes.


Mix it well and remove from the flame and make it cool.


Now make the Spring rolls, place little mixture on one end and roll the strip and close the end with egg white. Make all the rolls in the same way.


Heat oil in Frying pan and fry few spring rolls at a time. When these chicken spring roll becomes a brown take it out and places it on the absorbent paper.


Serve Chicken Spring Rolls hot with tomato ketchup.


Using the same process you can make Vegetable Spring Rolls also if you remove chicken and add several other vegetables.
