Ingredients: Chicken Tawa Kabab Recipe

 

• Skinless and boneless chicken – ½ kg cut into 1 inch pieces
• Brown onion (crushed) – 2 tablespoon
• Plain yogurt – ½ cup
• Poppy seeds – 2 teaspoons
• Papaya paste – 1 teaspoon
• Grinded almonds – 2 tablespoons
• Ghee or oil – ¼ cup
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
• All spice powder – 1 teaspoon
• Salt – 1 teaspoon
• Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon

 

 

How to cook Chicken Tawa Kabab

• Marinate chicken with all the ingredients and set aside for one hour.

• Heat oil on a griddle and place chicken pieces over it.

• Add in some water so that the meat becomes tender and oil is separated.

• Remove from heat and give a dam of coal.

• Serve with lemon wedges in a platter.
