Ingredients:

Chickpea Salad Recipe

Chickpeas, 1 can

Tomatoes, 2 large

Olive oil, ¼ cup

Celery, 5 stalks

garbanzo beans, 1 can

Garlic cloves, 1-2

Lemons, 2

Salt to taste

Fresh thyme

 

Preparation Method:

Chickpea Salad Recipe

Chop the celery stalks and add to bowl.

Chop tomatoes and add to the bowl.

Drain the can of garbanzo beans and add to the bowl.

Blend olive oil, lemon juice, garlic clove and fresh thyme in a small blender and make a fine paste.

Pour the mixture over the available ingredients in the bowl.

Sprinkle salt as per your taste.

Serve Chick Pea Salad Recipe or chill in the refrigerator.

You can add other delicious additions, favorite vegetables like red pepper or artichoke to make this dish flavorful.
