500 ml (2 cups) of milk

110 g (4 squares) of unsweetened chocolate

60 ml (4 tablespoons) sugar

125 ml (1/2 cup) hot black coffee

45 ml (3 tbsp) whipped cream

In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.

Add the chocolate and sugar.

Heat over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted.

Transfer into the mixing bowl of the food processor.

Emulsify and pour hot coffee.

Garnish with a small amount of whipped cream.

Serve Chocolate Coffee immediately.
