  • 225 g spinach
  • 1 pc of frozen Banana
  • 2 pitted soft dates
  • 30 grams raw cacao powder
  • 15 grams peanut butter (I love sunflower butter too)
  • 15 grams chia seeds
  • 20 grams teaspoon maca powder
  • 15 grams ground flaxseed
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 340 grams almond milk
  • Some ice cubs
  • Molasses


How to Prepare:

Chocolate Smoothie with Peanut Butter

Blend all ingredients until they are smooth.

Get your glass and pour the molasses within. Drizzle it before pouring your smoothie within. Add additional molasses on the top surface. Pour cacao ribs for the crunchy sensation.

Done! It is strongly recommended to choose very soft dates so that you will not find difficulties in blending them. If your dates are not soft enough, then you might want to soak them in warm water for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
