Coca-Cola Ice Cream Cake is a type of cake that doesn’t only taste good but at the same time, the dessert also smells good. The coca cola frosting topping gives a unique taste to the cake.

 

Ingredients:

Flour                                       2 cups

White sugar                          1 ½ cup

Baking soda                          1 table spoon

Mini marshmallows            1 1/3 cups

Butter                                     1cup

Coca Cola                               1 cup

Eggs                                        3

Vanilla extracts                     1 table spoon

 

 For the ice cream layer:

Vanilla ice cream                 50 ounces

 

 For coca Cola Frosting:

Butter                                                  ½ cup

Unsweetened cocoa powder           1/3 cup

Coca cola                                            ½ cup

Vanilla Extract                                  1 table spoon

Sugar                                                   3 1/3 cup

 

 

Preparation Method:

Coca-Cola Ice Cream Cake Recipe:

Heat the oven at 350 degrees.

Take a pan and grease it using the spray.

Take a bowl and add baking soda, sugar and then flour.

Add the marshmallows to the bowl.

Set the bowl aside.

Take a sauce pan and place it over the heater.

Add butter, coca cola, and cocoa powder.

Boil the pan to a medium heat.

Pour the liquid mixture into the marshmallow bowl.

Add butter milk and the eggs.

Stir the mixture thoroughly.

Add vanilla extract and mix all the ingredients.

Separate the batter in two different pans.

Bake the batter for 16 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool and then cover the pan with the foil.

Place the pan into the freezer.

Remove the cake from the pan and freeze again.

For the ice cream layer:

Take the ice cream and allow it to cool.

Remove the cake from the freezer and spread the ice cream to form a layer.

Add second cake over the ice cream layer and then place the cake into the freezer again.

Take a saucepan and add butter, cocoa powder, and coca cola.

Boil all the ingredients.

Heat the pan from the heat and add vanilla and sugar.

Coat the cake with the prepared frosting.

Freeze the cake.

Remove from the freezer just before the serving.
