Ingredients: Coconut Chicken Curry Recipe
- 1 kg Fresh chicken
- 800 ml coconut milk
- 180 ml cream
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 200 gm chopped onion
- 100-120 gm refined oil/ butter
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
Preparation method: Coconut Chicken Curry Recipe
Take a large size bowl and add chicken, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic, salt, garam masala and mix well. In another bowl keep the marinated chicken for some time.
Put the butter/oil in a pan and place the pan on fire. Add the onion and fry till golden brown.
Put in the marinated chicken into the pan and adjust the fire to low flame. Keep adding coconut milk in the pan till it is cooked properly.
Add the cream slowly and mix well.
You can add some sugar if desired.
Serve Coconut chicken curry with rice/roti.
