Cottage Cheese Pancakes Recipe


Cottage Cheese Pancakes are wonderful too healthy also. They contain lots of protein, calcium, fiber, and much more. I usually eat them without any topping and just keep popping them.



Ingredients: Cottage Cheese Pancakes Recipe


Cottage cheese                    175 grams

Plain flour                            40 grams

Salt                                       ½ teaspoon

Butter (melted)                  25 grams

Eggs                                      3

Cooking oil                       for greasing



Preparation Method: Cottage Cheese Pancakes


Heat the oven to 110 C.


Shift the flour and salt into a bowl, then add the cottage chesses, butter and egg yolks and mix it well.


In a clean, dry bowl, whisk the eggs white until; they form soft peaks. With the a metal spoon, fold 3 tablespoons of the eggs white into the cottage cheese mixture and then carefully fold in the reminder.


Heat small quantity of cooking oil in a large frying pan. Add about 6 tablespoons of the ready mixture into the frying pan, keep spacing them well apart, fry over moderate heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.


Remove the Cottage Cheese Pancakes with a fish slice and keep hot in the oven while frying second batch. Serve at once.
