1 orange

2 cups cranberries

1 ¼ cups sugar

2/3 cup water



Preparation Method:

Prepare the zest thinly from the orange using a vegetable peeler, must take care that not to remove any white pith. Now squeeze the juice.

Mix all the four ingredients in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar has mixed the simmer gently for another 10-12 minutes or until the cranberries burst.

Remove the orange zest and let cool before serving.
