Ingredients:

Crushed Tomatoes Bruschetta and Ricotta Dip Recipe

  1. Tubs ricotta 500 grams.
  2. Light cream cheese 200 grams.
  3. Mint bunch, chopped, few for garnish
  4. Chives bunch, sliced
  5. Cherry tomato 450 grams.
  6. Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon.
  7. Caster sugar 1 tablespoon.
  8. Olive oil 1 tablespoon and little extra to sprinkle

 

For the bruschetta

  1. Gluten-free French Baguette.
  2. Olive oil 2 tablespoons.
  3. Garlic cloves, crushed

 

Preparation Method:

  • Mix ricotta, mint chives, cheese and salt in a bowl and place sliced tomatoes in the center.
  • Take another bowl and add crushed tomatoes in it. Pour the vinegar, olive oil, sugar and salt in it.
  • Bake pieces of bread and rubs olive oil after removing from heat.
  • Spread crushed tomatoes and ricotta mixture on pieces of bread.
  • Sprinkle mint and olive oil before you serve.
