Ingredients:
Crushed Tomatoes Bruschetta and Ricotta Dip Recipe
- Tubs ricotta 500 grams.
- Light cream cheese 200 grams.
- Mint bunch, chopped, few for garnish
- Chives bunch, sliced
- Cherry tomato 450 grams.
- Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon.
- Caster sugar 1 tablespoon.
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon and little extra to sprinkle
For the bruschetta
- Gluten-free French Baguette.
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons.
- Garlic cloves, crushed
Preparation Method:

- Mix ricotta, mint chives, cheese and salt in a bowl and place sliced tomatoes in the center.
- Take another bowl and add crushed tomatoes in it. Pour the vinegar, olive oil, sugar and salt in it.
- Bake pieces of bread and rubs olive oil after removing from heat.
- Spread crushed tomatoes and ricotta mixture on pieces of bread.
- Sprinkle mint and olive oil before you serve.
