Ingredient: Curried Lamb and Lentils Recipe
Boneless lamb steak 500 g
Medium onion, chopped 1
Celery stick, chopped 1
Hot curry paste 15 ml
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Stock 2 cups
Green lentils 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh coriander leaves to garnish
Boiled rice to serve

In a large, non-stick pan, fry the lamb steaks without fat until browned, turning once
